Matthew and Claire were super friendly, helpful and responsive. The home was very clean, organized and welcoming. The backyard was very private and there wasnt much neighborhood noise at all. The hot tub room was absolutely serene and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely return for another stay.

Cute little house with a huge yard. We were lucky enough to spot a couple of cute fox pups playing and romping at the back of the property. Well appointed kitchen with every appliance you could need and spices for cooking. House was clean. Great for staying with our doggie with the big private yard. Quiet neighborhood but close to St. Charles amenities.

This home exceeded all of our expectations! Everything was brand new and beautifully designed. The hosts have truly created a special place that offers something for everyone. The amenities were incredible and kept everyone entertained throughout our stay. The arcade games were a huge hit with both kids and adults, and the hot tub was the perfect place to relax under the stars. The basketball and pickleball courts were an amazing bonus and gave us plenty of opportunities for friendly competition and family fun! The house itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. The hosts were exceptionally responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and that our stay was enjoyable. We made so many great memories here and would absolutely stay again! If you're looking for a fun, clean, and unique property with outstanding amenities, look no further. Highly recommend!

Matthew’s home was just what we needed for our extended stay in St. Charles. The kids absolutely loved the game room and my husband and I loved the hot tub. There was something for everybody. Nice touch with the coffee bar in the master as well as the separate patio. We had a ball shooting hoops with the kids. Ultimately the perfect place.

This place was so nice and so welcoming and clean! I was very impressed! I’m allergic to dogs etc. but we took a chance and stayed and I must say the place was so clean I didn’t have an issue at all! The privacy of the home and the hot tub made it worthwhile! My husband and I had an amazing time! I thought it seemed pricy but it was worth the privacy and the cleanliness. I will definitely look forward to coming back when needing a home away from home trip! :D

Matthew & Claire were very responsive, and everything was just as described. We chose the location for the available space and the game room, which we really enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second stay at one of Matthew’s properties and he continues to set the bar ridiculously high. We came into town for a pickleball tournament at Chicken N Pickle just down the road, and The Stadium ended up being just as much a part of the trip as the tournament itself. The private basketball court with the night lights was unreal — we were out there way past dark every night. The pickleball setup was perfect for warming up before matches, and honestly the golf net might have been my favorite surprise. The 8-person hot tub was incredible too — I’ve never seen one quite like it, and it was the perfect way to recover after long tournament days. The kitchen is loaded with high-end appliances (that ZLINE range is a beauty), and the whole house feels like a luxury home rather than a rental. Privacy is unbeatable too — tucked back on its own, no neighbors on top of you, just space to spread out and actually relax. Location was a huge bonus. After our tournament we headed over to
