About this property

🌄❄️ ONE OF THE BEST MOUNTAIN VIEWS IN VAIL — BOOK SKI SEASON NOW Winter rates just dropped TODAY, 9-22-26 and the best weeks go first. This is the view people remember: panoramic Vail Mountain vistas from multiple vantage points around the home — and you don't have to pay Village rates to wake up to them. A short stroll or a quick bus ride puts you on the snow, at dinner, or shopping in Vail Village or Lionshead. Holiday weeks, MLK, and Presidents' week book earliest. If those dates matter, now is when to lock them. ♨️🎿 BUILT FOR A SKI WEEK, NOT JUST A STAY Come in through the mudroom — it has its own gas fireplace, so wet boots, gloves, and shells dry there instead of in your living room. Heated tile floors run throughout the house, including every bathroom, which after a cold day on the hill is the amenity guests actually remember. A second fireplace warms the living room, a third sits out on the back patio for evenings under the stars. The dining area is the entertaining hub — full bar, wine cooler, and ice machine. Four king beds and a bunk room mean two or three families can share the house without anyone drawing the short straw. Then the private hot tub, facing the peaks. 🅿️ AND YOUR CAR GOES IN THE GARAGE Garage parking is included. In a Vail winter that means no scraping, no brushing off, and no digging out after an overnight storm. 🚌🚶 UNBEATABLE LOCATION Just a 2-MINUTE WALK to the Sandstone Bus Route (purple line) — hop on and you're in Vail Village or Lionshead in minutes. Prefer to walk the whole way? It's a scenic 12-minute walk to the Village, and Lionshead is 0.6 miles. Either way, you're skipping the in-town price tag while staying connected to everything Vail has to offer. 🏔️❄️ THE PINEY LAKE CORRIDOR You're 0.3 miles from the Piney Lake Road entrance. Through the fall it's a stunning drive to one of the most beautiful alpine lakes in the Vail area — late-season fly-fishing, the Upper Piney River Trail, and photography once the aspens turn. Once the snow sets in, the road closes to passenger vehicles and becomes a snowmobile, snowshoe, Nordic, and ski-touring corridor starting minutes from your door. 🌊 MATTHEW'S HIDDEN GEM — LOST LAKE Just up the same road past Piney sits Lost Lake, Matthew's personal favorite in the area. One of the best leaf-peeping hikes in the valley right now, and a quiet snowshoe once winter arrives. Ask us for the inside scoop when you arrive. 🍁 COMING THIS FALL? THREE OKTOBERFEST WEEKENDS IN A ROW Before the snow, the valley throws a month-long party. Beaver Creek Oktoberfest runs Sept 4–6 over Labor Day weekend, then Vail goes twice: Lionshead Sept 11–13 and Vail Village Sept 18–20. Three straight weekends of steins, brats, and oompah with the aspens turning gold behind it. 🎯 Highlights at a Glance ♨️ Heated tile floors throughout — warm feet after every ski day 🚗 Garage parking included — your car stays out of the snow 🌄 Panoramic Vail Mountain views — best views on the free bus route 🔥 Three gas fireplaces — living room, back patio, and mudroom nook 🛁 Private hot tub — perfect for après-ski 🧥 Mudroom with its own fireplace — drop wet gear before you hit the living room 🍷 Full bar, wine cooler, and ice machine — built for group dinners 🚌 2-minute walk to the free in-town Sandstone Bus Route (purple line) 🚶 12-minute walk to Vail Village, 0.6 miles to Lionshead 🏞️ Four patios with mountain views 🏔️ 0.3 miles from the Piney Lake Road entrance — snowmobile, snowshoe, ski-touring gateway 🛌 Sleeps up to 10 — 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths 🎲 Family-friendly games for kids 🧺 In-unit stackable washer/dryer 🛌 The Rooms Master Suite (Top Floor) — King bed. En-suite bath with heated tile floors, private balcony with panoramic Vail Mountain views. A/C on this floor. See floor plans in the Photo section. Guest Bedroom 1 (Top Floor) — King bed. Generous storage, private en-suite bath with heated tile floors, direct balcony access with Vail Mountain views. A/C on this floor. Guest Bedroom 2 (Main Floor) — King bed. Private bath with heated tile floors and a private balcony with picturesque Vail scenery. A peaceful main-floor retreat. Bunk Room (Lower Level) — Two bunk beds (twin over twin). Perfect for families or groups. Private bathroom with heated tile floors. 🏔️ Day Trips from Vail 🏔️ Beaver Creek — 15 min 🏔️ Copper Mountain — 20 min 🏔️ Silverthorne — 30 min 🏔️ Keystone — 40 min 🏔️ Breckenridge — 50 min 🏔️ Arapahoe Basin — 60 min Gold aspens now, a different mountain every day come winter. ☕ Kitchen & Bar — Complimentary Keurig coffee maker plus an espresso machine. Note: coffee pods provided for the Keurig only — please bring your own espresso supplies. 🧺 Laundry — In-unit stackable washer/dryer. 🏡 The Whole House — Guests enjoy the full single-family home — all 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms (including a half bath on the main level), living spaces, four patios, private hot tub, and garage. Sleeps up to 10. Wi-Fi and in-unit laundry included. Pet-friendly (dogs only). Alpine Co-Hosts is available throughout your stay for any needs. 🚗 Parking — Important Strict parking policy. Max 3 vehicles total: 1 car in the garage, 2 cars parked side by side outside the garage. No other vehicles allowed — do not block the neighboring driveway. Overflow: Vail View Dr between the two white signs. All vehicles must be moved Monday and Friday before 8 AM for snow operations. ⚠️ Winter driving note: The driveway is on a hillside and can be icy. 4WD/AWD required during snowstorms. Exercise caution — watch for ice falling from roofs, patios, and other surfaces. 🚌 Bus Stop Directions Stop 1: Walk to the bottom of the hill, turn left toward Vail View Dr. Head about 100 yards east — look for the covered bus enclosure at the Sandstone Dr / Vail View Dr intersection. Stop 2: Walk to Vail View Dr and turn right. Continue about 100 yards past the last parking sign — bus stop is on the opposite side of the street. Cross when the bus arrives. You're on the Sandstone Bus Route (purple line) — straight to an epic ski day. 🐾 Dogs Only Policy We love dogs — but no other pets, please. Max 2 dogs, 60 lbs or under each. Pet fee per dog, per stay (charged through booking). Please disclose each dog's size and breed at booking — required for insurance. Please clean up after your pet. Undisclosed dogs subject to additional fees per house rules. 📷 Exterior Security Cameras Exterior cameras only: exterior garage top left, garage keypad, front door (Ring), and top floor exterior balcony facing the patio. Cameras are not actively monitored during your stay. Footage is reviewed only at arrival/departure or if an issue arises. No cameras inside the home. Think of these like hotel lobby cameras — an extra layer of security while you relax. 🚫 External Guest Services No outside guest services are permitted inside the home without prior written consent. 🍂 Fall Events in Vail 🍺 Beaver Creek Oktoberfest — Sept 4–6 (Labor Day weekend), 15 min away 🍻 Vail Oktoberfest — Lionshead Village Sept 11–13, Vail Village Sept 18–20 🥨 Three Oktoberfest weekends back-to-back — Sept 4–6, 11–13, and 18–20 🚗 Vail Concours — vintage car show, Lionshead, Oktoberfest weekend 🥬 Vail Farmers' Market & Art Show — Sundays through late September 🍁 Peak aspen color — mid-September through early October 🎿 Vail Mountain opening day — targeting mid-November (subject to conditions) Event dates and lineups are subject to change. At Vail's View House, we proudly partner with Alpine Co-Hosts — a local Vail luxury vacation rental team dedicated to your 5-star experience. They can arrange ski lessons, lift tickets, restaurant reservations, private chef services, hiking guides, raft trips, and more. Just ask. Warm regards, Matthew & Team | TOV Registration #: 036796

This home in Vail was stunning with amazing views. Went for a weekend girls trip and we all had plenty of space to relax and get ready for the day. There were so many balconies to enjoy the views!

This house was great. We had 5 adults, 5 kids, and a dog. The house is beautiful and has great views. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The patio had a great outdoor dining setup, gas grill, and gas fire pit. Hosts communicated well and were verse responsive. Would definitely stay there again. There is a bus stop at the end of the street, but we ended up driving into town each day because the public garages are so easy and cheap to park at.

Airbnb
Very nice house. The kitchen had all modern appliances and everything you need. The bedrooms were spacious and every bedroom had their own bathroom which was great. Hot tub was comfortable for four but 5 could fit in. Would stay there again with our group. We did not take the bus as we didn't want to get tied down to that schedule and relied on Ubers all the time as were splitting it among the five of us which was fine.
